		<description>I commented on this item in the wrong section. Adding the provision to block the parking for neighborhood initiative may be the undoing of this otherwise worthy Muni Reform proposal. It will only serve to confuse the issue. I will probably vote “no” on Muni Reform because the provision to block the parking initiative was added. If Rescue Muni takes positions against people who drive cars, Rescue Muni and those of us who depend on Muni will be the losers. We need to stay positive.</description>
