I did the TEP J-Church survey in August. I noticed a little bit of improvement (sometimes) but certainly not enough. Plus, how are we supposed to know the schedules? If the schedules are the ones on the 511 website, then the J is NEVER on time. Anyway, I suggested some easy improvements to the line: take away all the all-way stops on Church Street and some of the stops (there are three stops in three blocks between Dolores and 30th and 29th and Church). They need to signalize all intersections and give the trains a green light all the time. The trains are ridiculously slow on the right-of-way, on which they stop 3 times in three blocks! They need to modernize the line. The way it is now, they might as well put buses instead of trains and it'll be much faster

I sent an email to offer my feedback and never heard back. The J-Church line is getting worse everyday.
