This is INSANE. The TransLink readers were installed in Muni Trains well over 10 years ago - and they're STILL BEING TESTED????? This just proves how inadequate, incompetent, and imbecilic our wonderful SF Muni is. Jesus H. Christ on a popsicle stick, what does it take to get this system up and running, and how much "testing" does it take???
