Many of the proposed mass transit projects would have much more effect on the economy, not just because they will create jobs, but also because they&#039;ll move more people faster.  (for example, high speed rail, and the NY Second Avenue Subway.)  All that time and money saved will allow people to spend or save more!]]></description>
