		<description>stop consolidation is a sham.  as was discovered in the Geary in the Tenderloin fiasco, the closely spaced stops in aVERY DENSE residential area are useful  particularly for non gymnasts.  Conversely the shifting of the local/limited mix IS the better way to improve service both for the short and long distance riders.</description>
