19th Avenue subway?
In addition to the proposed extension of the Central Subway to the Wharf, SFMTA is looking at a possible subway through Stonestown, SF State and Parkmerced, replacing the current section along 19th Avenue. Done right this could speed up service and make it much easier for Parkmerced residents and SF State students to get to mass transit.
